Repertoire

The repertoire for the 2023 course has now been announced, see below for full details.

Full scores and piano scores of the repertoire for this year’s course can be downloaded at this link.

IAYO can provide participants with a full set of study scores for the cost of printing and postage.

NB: Britten’s Simple Symphony is still in copyright. We can print a copy for you but you will have to provide IAYO with proof of purchase of at least a digital copy of the score for us to be able to do so. This can be purchased at most online sheet music websites.

Participants are not required to learn all the scores.

The repertoire for the 2023 course is as follows:

• Beethoven – Egmont Overture
• Beethoven – Symphony No. 6 (Pastorale), 2nd movement
• Brahms – Academic Festival Overture
• Brahms – Hungarian Dances Nos 5 & 6
• Britten – Simple Symphony
• Debussy – Petite Suite
• Warlock  – Capriol Suite
